Day 60: Strength Returning, Attention Required

"Sleep is improving, training is expanding, and daily life feels more normal again. The knee allows more, but weakness and fatigue still demand focus and intention with every step."

I woke up only once during the night. It took a while to fall back asleep, but overall it was a decent night. Up at 6:00 and straight to the gym. Chest, triceps, and core. Training feels easier now without crutches, both physically and mentally. I added 15 minutes on the bike and broke a sweat for the first time in a while. That felt great.

Work was busy but normal. I walked to lunch, which is still something I consciously notice. After yesterday’s sessions, my leg felt very weak today. At times it feels like the muscle might just give up. It is not pain, more a reminder that strength is not fully there yet. I have to stay focused on every step, keeping the leg straight and actively contracting the muscles while walking.

The evening was calm. Quality time with the family helped slow things down. I did a quick PowerDot session before bed. It is a simple device, not very customizable, but easy to use and effective. I have a feeling it will become even more useful now that muscle rebuilding has really started. I went to sleep early again.
