Day 80: Testing the Waters

A lighter day overall, both in movement and sensation. Rest seems to translate into easier mornings, while physio introduced new loading tests that showed progress but also clear limits. Flexion reached 142°, closing in on the next milestone.

Quick flexion session in the morning. The knee felt better. I’ve started to notice a pattern: when I allow myself a bit more rest, I wake up feeling lighter.

Breakfast, kids off, then office time. Walking felt easier today, less heavy, less forced.

Later, physio with Cleyber. Pain around the patella was lower at first but gradually increased as more weight was added. We introduced a few new exercises and, more than anything, started testing the waters, seeing how much load the knee can handle now.

The knee still reminds me that it needs to be treated with respect. Progress is there, but it’s not a free pass yet. Flexion reached 142 degrees. Three to go.
